So what is bohemian clothing, exactly? I mean, I thought I knew, but I wanted to be sure before I started writing about it! So I checked: basically it’s anything with a gypsy casual flair. Ruffles and prints and flowing sleeves and skirts.
I discovered a bunch of plus-size women’s bohemian clothes on Silhouettes.com, so I wanted to talk about them. These bohemian clothes are in the “trends” section, because they are very in style right now!

So here are the plus-size boho clothes I’m eyeing up in order to make them my very own. First, this embroidered sleeve tunic. LOVE IT! The bell sleeves are beautifully embroidered and so is the neckline. It goes great over jeans, and it’s so chic.

Second, this beautiful printed tunic. I love the hippie look and the flattering flow of this plus size tunic, especially the way it skims your curves.

And finally, this plus size boho tiered floral dress. The different prints all work together and give it a really fun (and really unique) appearance. I like the cool shirring between sections, too.
So there are some great examples of boho beauty. Embrace your inner gypsy!

I was in Chicago recently and I couldn’t help but notice all the women in fun spring and summer dresses. They are really in style this season and I was determined to go get a few for myself.
Versatile is the perfect word to describe these dresses!
These plus size summer dresses are perfect because you can wear them anywhere. Shopping in the city, out for lunch with the girls, out to dinner with that special someone, on vacation, to summer weddings—or even just on a trip to the grocery store or running other errands. Basically it all depends on the accessories you choose to pair them with. Add gold or silver jewelry and heels to plus size summer dresses for a more “dressed-up” look. Scale down the jewelry and go with flats if you want to go more casual.
Some of the dresses you should check out include this floral skirt dress (pair with leggings for a super-trendy look), our poplin dress (style central), or this t-shirt dress (can you say “comfortable”). But of course there are a lot more women’s plus size dresses, including a big selection of plus size maxi dresses.
Expand your summer wardrobe with a few great pieces that can take you anywhere, all designed to fit and flatter!
